2. Along with that, you should use a moisturizer after washing as it will keep your hair from drying out and becoming brittle. On the other hand, we don’t recommend using a hairdryer unless you have to. It is much better to let your hair dry naturally and at its medium rate. Still, if you don’t have time for that and have to leave the house in less than an hour use a hair dryer but do so at medium settings and the right rance. Let’s not forget that you shouldn’t experiment too much with your hair – dying too often can in terms lead to permanent damage that you will not be able to repair.

First and foremost, it is essential to drink more water – try to make your water intake at least 2 liters a day and more if you feel so. On the other hand, you shouldn’t take all negative situations so serious and should rather strive for accepting the present moment as it is. Stress is the number one reason for premature hair loss.

And not to forget you should eat a healthy and balanced diet rich in protein, whole grains, fish (omega 3 and omega 6), as well as an abundance of fruits and vegetables.
